This construction project consists of the replacement of the existing asbestos roof on the existing carpark, Refurbishment of the ground floor in car park. The construction on a single storey ground floor extension with a roof garden over, extension to first floor tea room. The project also involves the refurbishment of the entire building and remodelling of the front elevation.
