The contract comprises compliance works to the existing residential development. The existing development comprises an underground basement carpark and residential units on the ground, first, second,third, fourth and fifth floor and is fully occupied. The proposed general works are located in Blocks A, C, D, E, F, G and comprise the following: Basement - firstopping opes, firestopping vents, new bin store doors, firestopping doors; Residential - firestopping doors, balustrade upgrades, new doors closers, paving slabs to roof, minor works within the apartments. There is extensive work to the existing services in terms of upgrading the existing fire alarms, emergency lighting including associated builders work. The works will involve exploring, examining and testing various parts of the existing structure, fabric and services.
