Construction of a new energy efficient multi-storey mixed use development on a tight City Centre site, incorporating retail units, office accommodation and  99 residential apartments in two adjoining buildings, (one five  storey and the one seven storey) centered around an internal courtyard. The project featured rainwater harvesting, solar panels and winter garden balconies in addition to landscaping works to the courtyard and new street railings and ancillary site works to the front of the building.  Building Floor Area: 9,241sqm.

The new development with street frontage to Middle Gardiner Street and Temple Lane North, is situated on a congested inner city site and adjoins a 4 storey over basement protected structure .

A strict traffic management  plan was in operation  to ensure that the works and  deliveries did not impact severely on  local residents and businesses.  Ongoing liaison with the local authorities  and other residents in the area was vital to the success of the project.
