Frascati Shopping Centre named Retail Project of the Year 2019

We are delighted to announce that Frascati Shopping Centre took home the award for Retail Project of the Year at 2020 Irish Construction Industry Awards! The project involved a new 3 storey 12,000m² extension to the shopping centre and refurbishment of the existing centre. This complex project doubled the square footage over the last 3 years while keeping the centre open to the public.

A new glazed roof in conjunction with the curved feature wall is the standout feature of the new building which allows natural light to flood the atrium. Well done to our teams involved in the delivery of this landmark retail building in Blackrock. We are now adding a further 3 floors to the centre providing 45 luxury apartments while the new shopping centre remains live.

We also achieved 2nd place in Health & Safety, 3rd place in Innovation in Construction for the Digital Cube and 3rd place in Commercial Project of the Year for Enterprise House. Well done again to our teams involved these projects and initiatives.
