The project involved demolition of an existing two storey over basement clinic, Bray Old Folks Facility and a disused nursing home and construction of a new Primary Care Centre along Killarney Road in the towns central business district.
This new 5,000m² facility provides specialist diagnostic clinics, GP clinics, dental clinics, drug treatment service, mental health services, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, a new Bray Old Folks Facility for Meals on Wheel Service, a pharmacy, a café and a two-storey car park.
