Redevelopment of a pharmaceutical building across 2.5 floors involving refurbishment of existing administration and laboratory facilities.
The works required significant demolition, strip out and reconfiguration of internal layouts to accommodate the new layouts and improvements to the external walls and roof envelope within an operational pharmaceutical campus. Works were carried out in phases in an occupied building to accommodate staged relocation and expansion. Floor area: 10,000m²
High-end fit-out to offices, labs and communal areas.
The refurbished facility includes open plan and cellular offices to accommodate over 350 staff. In addition to collaborative work areas, meeting rooms, ‘town-hall’ meeting area, staff fitness centre and laboratories.
