Working in a truly innovative environment you will learn how to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse teams. The Collen graduate programme puts your development first. It is structured in a way that combines formal training and practical work experience in a dynamic environment.
The 18-24 month graduate programme commences in June each year and follows four stages. Each stage takes you along a path of further growth.
Induction: an overview of company operations and the functioning of the wider organisation
Training & Development: on site, on-the-job learning in a process driven, digitalised environment with a dedicated mentor
Professional Development: fully supported access to further technical development through post graduate studies; Certified Continuous Personal Development (CPD); Construction Information Technical Alliance training & events (CITA); Chartership with Engineers Ireland and relevant governing bodies relative to your discipline
On-the-job Learning: through project rotation across the various business sectors that Collen operates in.
Entry Requirements
A final year student or recent graduate from a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:
Architectural
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Building Services Engineering
Civil Engineering
Construction Management
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Quantity Surveying
or a related engineering or construction discipline
Ideally a grade point average of 2.1 or above
Eligible to work and live in Ireland/ EEA without restrictions.
